What Were Looking For (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelors/Masters degree

  • 7-10+ years of hands-on experience as a Project or Construction Manager, with projects in portfolio more then 5000 m2

  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong command over team and site operations.

  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing, and on-site logistics.

  • Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict oversight and discipline across all job sites.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Proficient in project planning and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on delivering practical solutions.

  • Mature, fully independent person who can lead the project and team

English B2 or higher is mandatory

Portfolio with completed project is mandatory
