Domestic Pricing

Job Summary

The Domestic Pricing Senior Executive is responsible for managing and developing competitive domestic freight rates, ensuring pricing accuracy, and supporting the sales and operations teams with timely and market-driven pricing solutions. This role requires strong coordination with vendors (land, sea, and air), regular market analysis, and internal collaboration to enhance overall service competitiveness and profitability. The role reports to the Pricing Supervisor.

Job Description:

·      Source competitive rates for Domestic Inquiry/Intersuler.

·      Coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive rates.

·      Create and update market rates for relevant parties.

·      Assess both existing and new vendors.

·      Maintain strong relationships with vendors (trucking, sea, and air).

·      Ensure vendor documentation is complete and filed as per regulations.

·      Follow up on issued quotations to support conversion.

Candidate Requirements:

·      Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Logistics Transportation, Economics, or related field.

·      2-3 years of experience in pricing/procurement logistics or domestic freight services.

·      Knowledge of domestic shipping flows (land, sea, or air) is a strong advantage.

·      Skilled in managing tariff data, preparing pricing proposals, and conducting competitor analysis.

·      Strong communication skills and a team player capable of cross-functional collaboration. 

Additional Notes:

This is a newly created senior-level position within an existing team.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a business-related field.

 They should be organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of reviewing quotations, conducting pricing analysis, and preparing clear cost comparisons.
