E-Commerce Manager (Fashion)

Brand Polo

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth in traffic, conversion rate, and revenue across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bli Bli & Tik Tok for the Polo Indonesia brand
• Lead and manage Livestreaming & Online sales teams to achieve brand revenue targets
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with product, marketing, creative, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Create weekly & monthly reports with key insights to support business decisions
• Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
• Plan and execute promotional activities aligned with marketplace campaigns and brand calendar
• Ensure proper inventory management and coordinate with supply chain team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with minimum 6 years in a managerial position
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and data analysis
• Experience in managing livestreaming sales and online sales teams
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices
