ENGINEERING MANAGER

Summary

As a Hotel Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotels physical infrastructure and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and leading the engineering department, including technicians and maintenance staff.
• Overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, from routine repairs to major renovations.
• Managing the departments budget and identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
• Monitoring and optimizing energy usage and sustainability efforts.
• Responding to emergencies and guest complaints promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in hotel engineering management or a similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
