Technical Architect

Requirements:

• A solid interest in prefabrication and modular construction;

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related programs;

• Minimum of 5 years experience working at an architectural office; experience in a prefab company or modular projects is preferable;

• Experience in wood and steel constructions; in-depth understanding of joint and connection details;

• Extensive knowledge of construction materials;

• Proficiency in using Revit.

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in research and development of prefab components (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.), including 3D modelling and producing production drawings;

• Spearheading the prototyping stage of the prefab components in the Banyuwangi factory;

• Collaborating with other members of the architecture team, as well as the interior design team, manufacturing team, and construction team;

• Ability to assist with on-site technical issues; develop, iterate, and deliver design solutions promptly and consistently.
