Engineering Staff

Job Description:The Engineering Technician will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and civil works within the restaurant. This role is critical in ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and in perfect working order, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular checks on HVAC, plumbing, and other essential systems.
• Oversee and manage any civil works or construction projects, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and civil works, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

• Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
