Are you physically strong, love being on the move, and want to be a key player behind the scenes of our fast-paced events? We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to join our growing team!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Physical strength & high energy
• Can drive (SIM A/SIM C required)
• Enjoys working in a team and stays calm under pressure
• Great communication & coordination skills
• Able to work on weekends and do overtime

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload event equipment (it’s heavy — 40–50 kg)
• Handle booth logistics: loading, unloading, and setting up event booths/bazaars
• Coordinate multiple daily drops and pickups
• Open and close booths at events, sometimes late-night
• Communicate clearly with our internal team and event organizers
• Cool under pressure & always ready to help
