Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ShopeeFood merchants.
- Construct high-level strategic business plans and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Educate merchants on effective methods to increase their sales and visibility on ShopeeFood.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, including trends and the impact of initiatives.
- Generate data reporting for merchant performance.
- Bachelors degree or higher related to Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience managing large-scale merchants, enterprises, or corporate accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities; capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Prior experience in selling ads, including CPC (Cost Per Click) and media asset packages.
