Executive Chef (Korean Food)

Responsiblities:1. Create and innovate fusion dishes that combine Korean and Japanese flavours, with a focus on seafood and comfort food. 2. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.3. Monitor food quality and consistency, conducting regular taste tests and quality checks. 4. Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory management. 5. Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations. 

Requirements:1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality restaurant.2. Expertise in Korean or Japanese cuisine, with a strong emphasis on seafood and comfort food.3. Creative and innovative approach to menu development and presentation.4. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
