Exim Supervisor

  • Monitor team to arrange export and import shipments by Air/by Sea.

  • Help team to dealing with cargo agents and Shipping lines/Airlines.

  • Help team to prepare required documents for Export and Import Process (SI, BL/AWB, CEISA Manifest Submission, Etc).

  • Support team to communicate and coordinate with Customers and Colleagues if any trouble.

  • Evaluate team performance.

  • Monthly report to Manager.

    Qualification:

    • Max 30 years old.

    • Min D3 (Preferably Logistics/Transportation Major).

    • Have experience as Exim Supervisor min 2 year (especially in Forwarding).

    • Have good leadership skill.

    • Fluent in English.

    • Have good knowledge of export import procedures and documents.

    • Able to make plan and problem solving.

    • Have high stress tolerence.

    • Can work as a team.

    • Willing follow-up email on the weekend.

    • The placement in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.

    • Can join as soon as possible.
