EXPORT IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Export Import Customer Service (Freight Forwarding) to join our dynamic team at Trilogi Mandiri Transindo, PT. This full-time position is based in our office in East Jakarta, Jakarta Raya.

What youll be doing

• Assistance with ocean and air shipment import and export procedure.

• Help to exam shipping document like CIPL, BL/AWB draft, Manifest, PIB & PEB and cargo HS code cargo description

• Coordinate with local supplier, like agent, driver, liner and broker, follow up and secure every shipment process smoothly.

• Solve any operational issues, visit custom office and port if needed.

• Develop new supplier resources according to market requirements.

• Ensure all operational activities comply with industry safety standards and relevant logistics regulations

What were looking for

• Candidate must process minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Export Import, Logistics or other related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or freight forwarding role

• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to work with various software and databases

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries

• Can join immediately
