Responsibility :

  • To assist Sales Manager in leading and directing the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives

  • To assist Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plan

  • Identifying appropriate business targets

  • Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers

  • Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree (management transportation / logistics) from reputable university

  • At least 1-3 year of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company), fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

  • Required languages: Indonesia, English and Mandarin

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)

  • High curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills

  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

  • Placement in branch office Surabaya

  • Able to join as soon as possible
