  • Review, follow up and provide recommendations for proposal organization change to identify areas for improvement from stakeholders in the company.
  • Supervise the facilitation of updates to organizational and reporting structures, provide comprehensive support for workforce planning, monitor workforce gaps, oversee updates to the organizational system, and maintain and monitor job description progress.
  • Min D4/S1 in Business Management / Human Resource Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Accounting / Statistic or related field
  • Min. 3 years experience in FMCG / Tobacco / Business Consultant / Financial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
  • Capability to conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Analytical thinking, good communication, result orientation
  • Fluent in English Speaking
  • Placement in Purwosari, East Java
