Finance & Accounting Manager (Medan)

1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

3. Solid knowledge of Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting

4. Strong financial analysis skills

5. Good leadership and team management abilities

6. Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills

7. High integrity, sense of responsibility, strong commitment, and discipline

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, SAP, and database tools

9. Good communication skills (fluency in Hokkien is a big plus)

1. Oversee the companys financial operations and ensure everything aligns with SOPs and company goals

2. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports

3. Create and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

4. Work closely with other departments to help achieve overall business objectives

5. Assist in developing the annual operating budget and long-term financial planning

6. Manage and ensure accurate and timely tax processes

7. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders

9. Supervise accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
