Finance Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

  2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.

  3. Monitor and ensure smooth payment processes and the management of company receivables.

  4. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

  5. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and financial policies.

  6. Lead and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a superintendent role. Experience in the mining industry is preferred.

  3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow management.

  4. Experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions (including leasing).

  5. Proficient in using ERP systems and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.

  6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven leadership capabilities.
