Finance Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or equivalent role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal) and Microsoft Excel.

• Preferably experienced in F&B, retail, or distribution industry.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong analytical skills.

• High level of integrity.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments, including operations and corporate management.

Job Description :

• Manage the companys cash flow, including planning and monitoring inflows and outflows.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK and company deadlines.

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee payments to suppliers and receivables from customers.

• Coordinate with the accounting team on the closing process and external audits.

• Manage and report on the companys tax obligations (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.).

• Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
