Fit Out / Production Supervisor (Booth and Electricity)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Fit Out Manager and Internal team (VM, Purcashing and Production) to translate booth designs into detailed specifications and production plans

• Monitoring and ensuring quality standard with third party fields

• Oversee the fabrication and assembly of booth components, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines

• Coordinate with external vendors for booth installation and setup, maintaining clear communication and ensuring adherence to schedules

• Ensure timeline from VM team is elaborate with the plan

• Conduct through quality inspections of booth installations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly

• Maintain detailed records of booth installations, including materials, vendors, and costs

• Assist in the development and maintenance of booth design standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing booth installations for retail environments

• Proven ability to oversee complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

• Strong understanding of furniture materials and construction

• Have strong knowledge of materials

• Have experience to repair and maintenance services booth display and electricity

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Willing to WFO 100% from Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
