Floor Supervisor
Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Floor Supervisor to help lead the front-of-house team at NOAA Asian Bistro in Seminyak and Aunty Jis in Canggu!If youre passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment—we want to hear from you!
In this role, youll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, support and inspire the service crew, and help deliver top-notch dining experiences to every guest who walks through our doors.
Job description:
- Supervises daily dining room operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards
- Leads and motivates dining room staff, providing guidance and support
- Addresses guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Assists with staff training, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensures a positive and welcoming dining experience for all guests.
