GENERAL MANAGER

We are a growing contractor company based in Bali, specializing in the development of exclusive, upscale villas, with several projects located in the highly sought-after Pecatu, Uluwatu area of Bali.

We are currently seeking an exceptional General Manager to join our team — someone who is highly experienced, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong leadership background in construction, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget alignment.

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Lead operational planning, resource allocation, and overall construction management.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Drive performance, innovation, and team motivation across project sites.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

• 15-20 years of relevant experience, preferably with upscale or luxury villa projects.

• Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and construction leadership.

• Strong understanding of construction finance, planning, and risk management.

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the project.

• Must be based in Bali.
