GENERAL MANAGER

MISSION

-To ensure company culture can be implemented as a guidance and direction for make every team efficient and functional. -Active in implementing QHSE-related procedures to improve quality, maintain work safety and environmental protection.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting function activities smoothly in day-to-day operation.

ACTIVITIES

-Prepare and manage budgets. -Clarification and check for if any, prior to approval JIRA, MRV, and PR. -Meet vendors and Sourcing for detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements. -Liaise with insurance company -Monitoring company asset & inventory -Ensure safety compliance.  -Improving overall supporting business partner functions. -Evaluating performance and productivity. -Special assignment task if any.

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE & EXPERIENCE

-University Graduate (Uni Bachelor) -5 years in operational -Financial knowledge  -English-Indonesian

SKILLS

-Interpersonal Skills -Leadership skills -Communication skills -Decision Making Skills
