Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to meet our clients marketing goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of paid search strategy and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) across multiple accounts.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative strategies that align with the clients brand voice and objectives.

  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI and conversion performance.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fully remote setting.

  • Experience working remotely with international clients or teams is highly preferred.

  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
