Farabi Music School Samarinda is looking for a passionate and skilled Drum Instructor to join our growing team! If you love music, enjoy teaching, and want to inspire students of all ages, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Teach drumming techniques, rhythm, and music theory to students of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

Develop personalized lesson plans focusing on technique, coordination, and musical expression.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their drumming skills.

Encourage and prepare students for performances, exams, and jam sessions.

Collaborate with other instructors for school events and activities.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in playing and teaching drums across various genres (rock, jazz, pop, funk, etc.).

Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and drumming techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Teaching experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training and certification!
