Qualification :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Bar.

  • Experience in both casual and lifestyle environments is preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of mixology, including mocktail and coffee preparation, local and international drink trends, and ingredients.

  • Meticulous about presentation, quality, and hygiene in every aspect of bar operations

  • Have a good leadership style.

  • Has an interest in Coffe and Alcohol.

  • Mastering Latte Art and a guide to making coffe.

  • Good physical condition and good-looking appearance.

  • Placement : Bandung.

Job Description

  • Lead and directed team members on effective methods, operations and procedures to run a profitable, successful bar.

  • Trained new employee.

  • Ensure the availability of raw materials for drinks.

  • Carry out research and product development.

  • Organized & supervise shift.

  • Organized and coordinated utilization of product equipment and personnel.

  • Handling bar operations.
