The Place with No Name Restaurant, located in Uluwatu, Bali is currently looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine and a proven track record of working with Western clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality Western dishes.

• Develop and implement innovative menus, ensuring a balance of creativity and consistency.

• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

• Collaborate with management to create special promotions or seasonal offerings.

• Maintain inventory and manage kitchen expenses effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen position, specializing in Western cuisine.

• Strong understanding of Western food trends and flavors.

• Experience working with Western customers, understanding their preferences and expectations.

• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a dynamic kitchen environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for food excellence.
