Head of Corporate PR and Investor Relations

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Masters degree or MBA (preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or financial communications

• 5+ years in a leadership or executive role

Job Description :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.

• Lead all external financial communications: earnings releases, investor calls, shareholder letters, and presentations.

• Serve as company spokesperson for financial and corporate matters, including crisis communications.

• Manage media relations, press outreach, and corporate messaging across earned and owned channels.

• Coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure all public disclosures meet regulatory requirements.

• Track market sentiment, competitor communications, and analyst coverage to inform executive decisions.

• Lead investor events including capital market days, non-deal roadshows, and conference appearances.

• Monitor and report on stock performance, shareholder feedback, and media perception.
