Hospitality Lead

• Monitoring the onboarding, termination, and offboarding processes of properties.
• Monitor property operational standards to always be applied by reviewing documents Clearance Property Status.
• Handling owner kos and tenant complaints, reviewing complaint resolution, and achieving the target level of satisfaction with complaint handlers
• Provide suggestions for property quality improvement plans and monitor the implementation of property quality improvements.
• Develop tools that can support increased operational effectiveness and provide recommendations for improving existing tools.
• Lead and develop team performance, monitor and enhance productivity, provide direction, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Evaluate the availability of items and manage their usage in each area.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Hospitality
• Have minimum 4 - 5 years in related field
• Experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or customer service-focused environments.
