Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from any reputable University

• More than 10 years in Japanese company with experience on the job training in Japan would be a plus

• Hold a JLPT N2/N3 certification

• A key player in create big idea, provides guidance, and support on human resources matters to employees and management
