HR & Employer Branding Specialist

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the companys image as a great place to work

• Organize internal events (e.g., employee gatherings, appreciation days, team bonding activities)

• Create and manage internal communication content that reflects company culture and employee stories

• Collaborate with different departments to promote employee engagement and internal alignment

• Maintain partnerships with external vendors, communities, or media when needed

• Support HR initiatives related to employee well-being and workplace culture

• Bachelors degree from any major (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to build relationships across teams and departments

• Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and culture

• Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• Have experience with event planning or internal communication

• Are familiar with content creation or visual storytelling

• Have been active in organizations, social projects, or community building
