Key Responsibility:
- Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and assisting with the hiring process
- Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Promoting a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development.
- Organizing training programs to enhance employees skills and competencies.
- Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR policies.
- Maintaining HR records and preparing reports on employee data, turnover, absenteeism, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiar with BPJS matters
- Resolving employee issues or disputes efficiently.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
