HR MANDARIN SPEAKER
🛠️ Job Description:
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Translate and interpret documents or conversations between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English.
Coordinate with site teams and management to ensure effective communication and HR practices.
Help resolve HR-related issues and ensure a healthy work environment.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelors degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Male candidates are preferred due to project site requirements.
Experience in a construction or industrial setting is a plus.
