HR Operation
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing.
Good understanding of HR administration, BPJS processes, and basic labor law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS systems.
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang and comfortable working in a factory/plant environment.
Handle employee administration processes such as attendance, leave, and permit records.
Manage BPJS (Social Security) registration, mutation, and claims.
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure data consistency.
Prepare and file HR-related documents including employment contracts, warning letters, etc.
Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, GA, etc.) and external parties (e.g., labor office, vendors).
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
