HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and resource management.
• Manage office operations, including workflow optimization, vendor management, and administrative support.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelors degree in Psychology or Human Resources (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
