HR Personnel Administration Staff

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end HR personnel administration processes.
  • Maintain and update employee databases.
  • Handle employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and monitor employee attendance, sick leaves, leaves, and overtime.
  • Ensure records are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Check and make recapitulation of attendance reports from all employees.
  • Generate monthly database reports (turn over analysis, warning letter.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Accounting, Information System, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with various type of employee.
  • Able to work multitasking, and possess high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll software (SAP) is a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills : Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Canva.
  • Strong in data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to join soon (less than 1 month notice)
