HR Recruiter Assistant

Role Overview

As a full-time on-site HR Recruiter Assistant located in Jakarta, you will play an essential role in supporting our recruitment processes. You will assist the HR team in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, ensuring that BIOTA Smart Home continues to grow with skilled and motivated individuals who align with our values.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team in conducting preliminary interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
• Help in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the BIOTA brand and attract talent.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Passion for people and a desire to learn and develop a career in HR.
