HRBP Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Partner with company leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.2. Lead workforce planning and recruitment to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.3. Play a key role in business expansion, including HR support for new branch openings.4. Use HR and business data to provide insights that support decision-making.5. Develop systems for performance management, talent development, and succession planning.6. Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and HRIS accurately and timely.7. Design and implement employee engagement and training programs.8. Support organizational structure planning and change management initiatives.9. Manage HR & GA budgets, procurement, and facility operations efficiently.10. Ensure compliance and drive a high-performance, cost-effective HR function.

Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic HR roles, especially in fast-paced or project-based companies.3. Proven experience in manpower planning and supporting branch expansion or new office setups.4. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; comfortable working with HR dashboards.6. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.7. High integrity, proactive mindset, and able to work independently.8. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
