  • Create and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and morale
  • Organize engagement activities and initiatives that align with company values
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee feedback and advocate for employee well-being
  • Minimum Qualifications: >5 years of experience in related field
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on performance management, people development, and engagement
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Consulting experience in Human Capital area is an advantage
  • Willing to be based in Tangerang area
