Area : Makassar dan atau Medan

Ø Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job postings, CV screening, interviews, to onboarding.

Ø Handle personnel administration: employee data, attendance, leave, employment contracts, and payroll.

Ø Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industrial relations.

Ø Serve as a liaison between management and employees in addressing grievances, conflicts, and employee needs.

Ø Develop and implement employee engagement programs and internal activities to enhance motivation and loyalty.

Ø Manage performance evaluations, feedback processes, and competency development.

Ø Prepare and update job descriptions and organizational structure.

Ø Design and execute training programs and career development initiatives.

Ø Prepare and manage the HR department budget.

Ø Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Ø Conduct workforce planning (manpower planning) and prepare HR metrics reports for management.

Ø Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Economics, or a related field.

Ø Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and listening) is mandatory.

Ø Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments.

Ø Strong understanding of industrial relations, performance management, and Indonesian labor laws.

Ø Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Ø Able to work independently or in a team with strong results orientation.

Ø Willing to work with high mobility.

Ø Willing to travel for business trips as needed.
