Hospitality Education and Training Center in Bali is looking for an Experienced

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

About the role

As the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of the companys human resources initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali. You will play a crucial role in shaping the companys culture, talent management, and employee engagement to support the overall business objectives.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the companys vision and goals

  • Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of top talent

  • Implement effective performance management and employee development programs

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges

  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver efficient and effective HR services

  • Contribute to the companys strategic decision-making process as a member of the senior leadership team

What were looking for

  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Counseling, Education

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in as HR Director, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing HR team

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives

  • Familiarity with the local Balinese and Indonesian business landscape and culture

  • Advanced Level of English (Spoken and Written)

  • Able to Start Immediately is Preferred
