Human Resources Staff
Role Descriptions:- Develop and implement effective HR and General Affairs policies, procedures, and regulations.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, arranging interview schedules, conducting required tests, and onboarding.- Maintain employee records including documents, attendance, leave and sick leave records, overtime, employment agreements/contracts, and the employee database.- Record and manage all office assets accurately and systematically.- Handle office facility needs, general services, cleanliness, and security management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Psychology or Human Resources from reputable university- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR (or atleast 6 months), or freshgraduated are welcome to apply (in-depth knowledge of HR aspects).- Understanding of HR regulations and recent updates to government regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).- Accustomed to working on HR administration.- Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with excellent administrative and reporting skills.- Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills for relationship development.- Well-organized, detail-oriented, fast learner, and adaptable.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.- Join ASAP
