Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

At PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile, we are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jepara Regency, Central Java. As our Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and development of our critical infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our textile manufacturing facilities. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What youll be doing

1. Participate in the development and review of renovation plans during the early stages of the project.2. Participate in the review of supplier qualifications and performance during the bidding phase, as well as the review of construction plans and action plans.3. Responsible for daily on-site management. Implement safe and civilized construction management in accordance with company system requirements.4. Supervise the construction unit to strictly adhere to the drawings and specifications to ensure project quality.5. Coordinate with management departments regarding work requirements for the construction unit and promote construction progress.6. Responsible for organizing on-site acceptance management and following up on the rectification of any issues.

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry

3. Proven track record in the design, implementation, and maintenance of industrial infrastructure systems

4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex infrastructure challenges

5. Strong project management and organisational abilities to coordinate and execute infrastructure projects

6. Excellent communication in english

7. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
