Job Brief

The Intermediate Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns that promote the growth and visibility of the company and clients. You will be in charge of utilizing the latest marketing tools and strategies, including PPC, SEM, email, social media ads, and display advertising, to drive traffic and improve the companys and clients online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze trends and insights using data and analytics.

  • Inform marketing strategies based on target audience behavior.

  • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and more for our clients.

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior.

  • Find creative ad trends and develop relevancy plans.

  • Track ads creative performance, recommend improvements, and suggest pausing underperforming ads.

  • Create KPI reports (e.g., conversion rates, click-through rates) and analyze user journey drop-offs using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Analyze audience engagement and report on top-performing segments.

  • Ensure marketing budgets deliver measurable results.

  • Conduct trials and tests to improve conversion rates.

  • Provide regular internal and external reports.

  • Summarize key performance indicators and actionable insights.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Monitor daily budgets and ensure accounts stay within spend limits.

  • Support senior team members and seek feedback to improve tasks.

  • Implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Reporting to Senior, Supervisor +1, and clients. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.

  • Min. 2 years of digital advertising experience.

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing platforms.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa.

  • Skilled in data analysis tools.

  • Strong project management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Prior agency experience, especially in managing multiple clients concurrently, is strongly preferred.

  • Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.

  • Have working tools such as a Laptop and a handheld phone.

Working Hours
  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

  • Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Religious Holiday
