Internal Audit Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Audit Officer to join our team at PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As an Internal Audit Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal control systems and processes. What youll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits of various departments and functions within the company to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement

• Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures

• Preparing detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes and monitor the progress of corrective actions

• Providing ongoing support and guidance to management on internal control best practices

• Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the companys compliance

• Field work audit JSOX and operational completion in timely manners

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field

• Bachelors degree in Economics (management or accounting), or a related discipline

• Demonstrated proficiency in auditing methodologies, risk assessment, and data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

• Proficient in using audit-related software and tools (understand SAP system and JSOX)

• Certification as a Certified Practitioner of Internal Audit (CPIA) or Qualified Internal Audit (QIA) is preferred
