Job Description
- Ensure that the Group policy and standard for Demand Planning & Inventory Management (including the Group SKU classification standards) is understood and enforced at the Region / Unit. Ensure that the demand and supply for inventory (be they Drugs, Medical Supplies or General Supplies) are balanced and properly planned & coordinated so that target Days of Inventory (DIO), stock-out, internal consumption and stock count are achieved. Ensure that peers at Unit are trained according to the SCM capability development program.
- Ensure compliance to Group Demand Planning & Inventory Management SOPs. Develop Unit SOPs where necessary.
- Classify Unit SKU according to Group standards
- Analyse SKU historical consumption & purchase
- Review & maintain Min/Max levels for all Inventory (Drugs, Medical & General Supplies) on quarterly / monthly basis
- Perform Demand Planning & Forecasting on weekly basis
- Conduct weekly planning sessions; Manage supply & demand (suppliers, procurement, end users)
- Continuously improve SKUs and formulary
- Plan & implement SCM capability development program
- Bachelor Degree from Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Health Administration, or any related major
- Have minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in Demand Planning & Sourcing in Indonesia landscape
- Understanding of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory control systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.
