The opportunity

Passion Jewelry is seeking a dedicated Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources department. As an Intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the overall success of our growing organisation.

What youll be doing

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hires
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Participate in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for our staff
• Conduct research and analysis to support HR-related projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR support across the organisation

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with HR best practices and a genuine interest in the HR field
• Proficiency in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
