  • Support user on Application either Local or Regional
  • Liaise with vendor or system support for issues on application
  • Monitoring downtime application
  • Monitoring and close ticket assigned to apps team
  • Assist on application implementation
  • Minimum Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in digital/IT development (banking/fintech preferred)
  • Proficient in Java, Python, Golang, .NET, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong skills in system integration, database management, and application monitoring
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Placement: Jakarta
  • Experience in Banking is a must
