About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team at PT. Inovasi Teknologi Generasi Cemerlang, based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for our company and its employees. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What youll be doing

  • Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals

  • Responding to and resolving user queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • Documenting and tracking IT support activities and incidents

  • Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to IT infrastructure and processes

  • Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications

  • Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate safeguards

What were looking for

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Proficient in the use of various operating systems, software applications, and IT tools

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support
