Japanese Commercial Marketing PIC

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing Japanese clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential Japanese clients to expand market presence.

• Oversee and facilitate smooth policy renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Drive business growth by achieving sales and marketing targets, actively contributing to departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferred: Japanese Language, Insurance, Economics, Business Administration)

• At least 1 year of working experience in insurance marketing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• It is preferable to have general insurance knowledge.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Passionate for both marketing and sales with a focus on driving business growth.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
