Juice and Smoothie Bar & Production Manager You-Topia (Opening Soon)

You-Topia is a new, health-driven juice and smoothie bar opening soon in the heart of Uluwatu. Were building a space where wellness meets creativity, offering cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, wellness shots, and plant-based products made with love and purpose. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Manager to join our team and help us prepare for a successful opening and long-term operations.

As the Juice and Smoothie Bar & Production Manager, you will be responsible for setting up operations, hiring and training the team, managing daily bar and production activities, and ensuring outstanding product quality and customer experience. Youll work directly with ownership during the pre-opening phase and play a key role in launching and growing the business.

• Hire and onboard team members for the juice bar and production area.

• Help finalize orders for equipment, ingredients, and packaging materials.

• Assist with store setup and organization of the back-of-house production area.

• Coordinate training sessions for all new team members before launch.

• Supervise the daily operations of the juice and smoothie bar.

• Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains brand standards.

• Train staff on POS systems, hygiene, food safety, and product knowledge.

• Handle customer feedback and maintain a welcoming store environment.

• Oversee the cold-pressed juice production process: prep, pressing, bottling, labeling.

• Manage production schedules, team responsibilities, and equipment maintenance.

• Ensure hygiene, consistency, and productivity in the production area.

• Track daily and weekly stock levels; manage ingredient and packaging orders.

• Liaise with local suppliers and maintain cost-effective procurement practices.

• Implement and monitor a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system and inventory rotation to minimize waste.

• Create weekly staff schedules and manage attendance.

• Lead team performance reviews and provide coaching when necessary.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.

• Maintain daily logs and submit performance reports to ownership.

• Indonesian citizen (WNI), preferably based in or near Uluwatu, or willing to relocate.

• Fluent in English (able to communicate with international owners and customers).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B management (café, restaurant, or juice bar).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

• Familiarity with POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and inventory systems.

• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).

• Experience with juice production or plant-based café operations.

• Background in health, wellness, or nutrition.
