Key Responsibilities:

• Administration & Coordination

✔ Organize and manage project documents such as briefs, proposals, and reports.✔ Schedule client meetings and arrange logistics for presentations and events.✔ Keep detailed records of meeting discussions and assist in preparing progress and financial reports.

• Client Relations & Communication

✔ Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and addressing their needs professionally.✔ Assist Senior Account Executives in client meetings and contribute to presentation material preparation.

• Project Management & Business Development

✔ Collect and analyze information to develop clear, strategic creative briefs.✔ Oversee project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.✔ Support efforts in acquiring new clients by assisting in outreach and proposal presentations.

• Personal Growth & Industry Networking

✔ Learn from experienced Senior Account Executives to enhance skills in account and project management.✔ Develop expertise in communication, presentations, and business strategy within the creative sector.✔ Build a strong professional network within the creative and marketing industries.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferably in the event or creative industry).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
