Junior Brand Manager

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Superior Porcelain Sukses. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of brand strategies to drive the growth and success of our premium porcelain products. Based in North Jakarta, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our brands positioning within the competitive Indonesian market.

What youll be doing (but not limited to):

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective brand marketing strategies, including monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies.

• Create compelling content, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials, to engage target audiences.

• Monitor and analyse brand performance, using data-driven insights to optimise marketing activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify brand positioning and opportunities for the brands growth

What were looking for

• Min. 2 years of experience as Brand Supervisor/Coordinator/Assistant Manager. 

• Strong experience in a brand management or marketing, preferably within the Ceramic/Granite tiles/FMCG industries.

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing best practices, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in creating engaging content across various platforms, including social media.

• Familiarity with data analysis and preformance tracking tools. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
